July 19, 2020. I am fearful for my/my son/our family safety. On May 23, 2019, during the hearing, he uttered me/my child/my son/our family/us their threats etc. I also received ongoingly threats from him before passed through other people and constantly aggressively carrying on their threats/racism/ discrimination and retaliation/harassment/FRAUD/stalking/ abuse/insults/terrible lying/intimidation etc. after May 23, 2019 for speaking up and defending our and other people’s Human Rights/Women’s Rights and safety etc.
He called himself Dave Marshall or David Marshall. He also used other names including a woman name to get to me and to pass more threats etc. him being very well aware from the beginning of 2019 that I have not accepted any contact/any communication from him. We have been not the first victims of their stalking etc.
I made many times my complaints to the Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) after May 23, 2019 about him and two others, and after in August 2019 they trespassed to our apartment to leave in it more threats etc. in his letter I have requested many times verbally and in writing a peace bond from them for us. However, the RCMP totally failed their jobs and defend our rights/safety including to done the peace bond, although it is required only 3 or 4 times to make a complaint to the RCMP to get it and I made my complaints more times than those, as well as the RCMP failed to make the criminal charges to them. Their friends RCMPs from the wrong units instead of from the criminal harassment unit etc. did exactly the opposite to the victims/us etc. The racist corrupt RCMPs have been supporting, covering up and committing crimes by themselves and violating other rights.
By the way, on July 18, 2020 it was 3 years as the RCMPs terribly abusing their power killed a First Nations man near our home, near the wall of the Liberal’s MLA office after one time some kind of complaint over the phone from a white Canadian born person, and only now it will be brought criminal charges against 5 RCMPs.
There is the huge difference of how people as us and First Nations peoples being treated compare to the white Canadian born people in BC/Canada.
