The adopter has surrendered Ralphy!

After my lawyer issued a subpoena and then we recovered the initial stolen criminal report from back in 2010, the adopter decided to give Ralphy up to his rightful owner! Ralphy is doing great back home- where he belongs. He hasnt missed a beat these past 4 years. He has the same habits and likes the same furniture I had when he was here. We are all doing great. Where was he these past 4 years? Well, we know he was stolen, then lived on the street in Chester County area for over 3 years until a kind man from Chaddsford brought Ralphy into the CCSPCA in March, 2014. He spent a few months in a cage (where they never scanned him properly). Then, he wa adopted out for a short time. Sad to think that so many other pets may not be scanned correctly at a shelter. My vet recently came over and tested Ralphy's chip. Its still in perfect condition laying between his shoulder blades. The CCSPCA agreed to order all new universal scanners so hopefully more pets can be reunited with their owners. Thanks for you kind words and support.
