This is Barney. He is a Cockerpoo bought from Linton Pet Shop in December 2014. Barney's owner was told he came from Carmarthenshire, Wales. This is his story in his owner's words. Barney suffers from anxiety issues (he hates being left alone) and Hip displasia - hip problems moderate in both hips. We noticed his hip problem and took him to vet when about 1 year old though looking back in hind sight there were signs earlier on that we didn't recognise ie bunny hopping up and down stairs sporadically (not all the time) and unable to jump up on bed at times, difficulty getting up after sleeping etc. We emailed Linton and got no response at all. Barney is now 18 months old and his hips are likely to get worse: potentially resulting in hip replacement or other surgery though they can't put a time on when this deterioration will occur.
