Keep Local Recycling Centres Open in West Oxfordshire

Keep Local Recycling Centres Open in West Oxfordshire
The Issue
West Oxfordshire District Councillor Norman Macrae used Facebook to announce the closure of all the community recycling centres in the district, because he says they are redundant.
This will prevent many community members from access to recycling centres, makes no sense in a world where people are shopping online and receiving huge amounts of packaging, will result in more fly-tipping, and create long queues of traffic at the large centres.
It is obvious from the overflowing bins in these sites, that they are popular, needed by the community and not as the councillor says, "redundant!"
WODC, please reconsider this decision urgently, as full recycling centres are evidence of their success, not failure, and this is a misguided decision with no positive consequences.
