Help get the Charlotte Sting WNBA team back!
The Issue
The Charlotte sting was a WNBA team that was created in 1997, and sadly had to go away in 2007.
Many amazing women, like Dawn Staley played on that team. And If we could get a WNBA team in Charlotte it could open up more opportunity's for women in sports. I think it would be awesome for there to be a WNBA team in Charlotte, That way there can be even more players in the WNBA. There is a NBA team in Charlotte, so I think it is possible to have another pro basketball team. If there were to be a team again, hopefully it would be able to stay.
With the support from everyone reading this,the NCAA, WNBA, and, NBA, we can make this happen! Please help get the team back by signing and sharing to people who would be interested in sharing.
