A couple of things.

There is another site providing an open letter to WotC, which you can sign up to HERE, especially if you're a designer (it may give your participation more clout).

I am also aware and was aware going into this, that I am a 'divisive' figure in some quarters of the TTRPG industry, which is why I was hesitant to be the one to start a petition and why I made a point of my constricted reach in earlier updates.

Some people are refusing to sign, or are attempting to dissuade others purely on the basis that I started it, which is exactly what I was afraid of.

If we can't unite as creators, audience and consumers, then we deserve to lose this. Politics, division and controversy (real or presumed) are not important compared to preserving the openness and inclusivity that the OGL has provided for us.
