Prosecutor Thomas Binger and his co-counsel / 2nd chair Jim Kruse has been attacking independent bloggers for reporting on the Kyle Rittenhouse matter. He seems to not understand who he is, what his job title is, and what the level of public scrutiny he can be subjected to.

Moreover, the personal attacks on our Constitutionally Protected Freedom of Speech, in a trial that has nothing to do with the blog or the alleged writer of the blogger, is nothing short of unethical, unprofessional and a direct attack on the First Amendment of the United States Constitution.

Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances. We humbly ask you to take a few moments to email the heads of the Office of Attorney Regulation to demand that Binger be disBARred.
