We can now say definitively that the Kyle Rittenhouse Prosecutor Thomas Binger has withheld the vital high quality drone footage -the withholding of which was discovered only by mistake.

Prosecutor Binger was hoping that the defense would not notice that the footage that he provided to them as part of pre-trial discovery was not the same quality and thus would not allow defense counsel to properly examine and analysis with their experts prior to trial.

This is a United States 6th Amendment Constitutional violation of a defendant's right to confront witnesses and evidence being used against him, as well as a 5th and 14th Amendment Constitutional violation of a defendant's right to Due Process, a Brady violation of United States Supreme Court precedent, Wisconsin Circuit and Local / State Court rules violation, and an ethical violation.

Prosecutor Binger needs to be dis-barred immediately.
