The hearing on the Friends of the Black River Forest's legal challenges to the DNR approval of the Kohler Wetland Fill Permit and the Final DNR Environmental Impact Statement is being held this week. Today is Day 2. The location of the hearing is Mead Public Library, 3rd Floor, 710 North 8th Street, Sheboygan, Wi. Hearings begin at 9:00 am each day. On Friday, June 8th, the public will have an opportunity to speak to the issues in the challenges.
