The hearing on the Friends of the Black River Forest's legal challenges to the DNR approval of the Kohler Wetland Fill Permit and the Final DNR Environmental Impact Statement will take place the week of June 4-8 at Mead Public Library, 3rd Floor, 710 North 8th Street, Sheboygan, Wi. The start time on Monday, June 4th is 10:00 am. June 5th, 6th, 7th, and 8th hearings begin at 9:00 am. On Friday, June 8th, the public will have an opportunity to speak to the issues in the challenges.
