The hearing on the Friends of the Black River Forest's legal challenges to the DNR approval of the Kohler Wetland Fill Permit and the Final DNR Environmental Impact Statement will take place the week of June 4-8 at Mead Public Library in Sheboygan, Wi. The hearing is scheduled for Monday- Friday from 9:00- 4:30. On Friday, June 8th, the public will have an opportunity to speak to the issues in the challenges. We are encouraging everyone to come forth and give testimony about the wetland permit and the Environmental Impact Study.
