The Issue: Winnipeg is Becoming Unaffordable
We, the residents of Winnipeg, demand immediate action to lower the cost of living. Under Mayor Scott Gillingham, property taxes jumped by nearly 6%—shattering his campaign promise of a 3.5% cap.

Worse, the city government quietly pocketed $79 million in 2025 through a hidden tax, lazily claiming it was just a "surplus" from high water usage. Between hiked water bills, new waste fees, and skyrocketing Manitoba Hydro rates, local families are facing total financial suffocation.

Why I Am Running for Mayor
Thousands of you signed my online petition to stop these increases, giving us a clear mandate for change. However, the city government completely ignored us. They refused to listen, and they refused to reverse the water bill hikes and property tax increases.

Because City Hall refuses to listen to ordinary people, I have decided to run for Mayor of Winnipeg. I am asking for your support to bring real change. If every person who signed our petition convinces just 15 people to vote for change, we will win. Together, we can take City Hall back.

My Plan: An Affordable, Safe, and Developed Winnipeg
As your mayor, I will manage our city revenue smartly without imposing new taxes. My plan includes:

Immediate Tax Relief: We will immediately reverse the unfair water bill hikes and property tax increases. No new taxes, period.
Smart Money Management: I will stop the bad habit of raising taxes to cover up government waste. We will find savings within the existing budget and aggressively demand Winnipeg’s fair share of infrastructure funding from the Provincial and Federal governments.
Safe Neighborhoods: I will introduce meaningful police reforms to reduce crime and ensure safety for everyone in Winnipeg.
Better Infrastructure: No more broken roads. We will deliver high-quality road repairs and build a safe, modern public transportation system.
