Dear Supporters,

We have reached an incredible milestone: our Reverse Water Bill Hikes petition now has 4,118 supporters. That is more than four thousand regular Winnipeggers standing together to say "Enough is Enough."

Despite our growing numbers and clear voices, City Hall and the current Mayor have chosen to ignore our demands. They have turned a blind eye to the doubling of our water bills, unfair property tax hikes, rising school taxes, and the broken, cratered roads we drive on every single day.

When it became clear that the current leadership has no intention of listening to us, I knew that just signing a petition wouldn't be enough. We need to change who sits in the Mayor's chair.

That is why I have officially submitted my paperwork and registered as a candidate for Mayor of Winnipeg.

Our Message is Finally Breaking Through
The moment I stepped up as an official candidate, everything changed. City Hall could no longer ignore us, and the media took notice. Because of this move, our genuine demands regarding water bill hikes and municipal affordability have finally received coverage from CTV News and several other major media outlets.

We have successfully forced our issues into the spotlight, but this is just the beginning.

The Ball is Now in Our Court
For years, we have quietly borne the burden of an unaffordable city. Now, we have the power to do something about it. As your petitioner—and now your candidate for Mayor—I am fully confident that each and every one of you will stand with me at the ballot box.

But to win this fight and bring real change to Winnipeg, I need you to help mobilize our community:

Cast your vote for real change. Let's turn our 4,118 signatures into 4,118 locked-in votes for an affordable city.
The "Multiply by 15" Challenge: I am asking every single supporter of this petition to talk to, convince, and bring at least 15 people (family, friends, neighbors, and coworkers) to vote for our platform.
If we duplicate our strength, City Hall will have no choice but to listen. Let’s use our votes as our power to decide a new, modern, safe, and truly affordable Winnipeg.
