A group from the Sons of Confederate Veterans continues to block Williamson County's effort to remove a Confederate flag from its county seal, and they filed a Petition for Judicial Review in Maury County (yes, a different county) Court.  Williamson County filed a motion to dismiss, as the legal process, by statute, must play out in Davidson County Chancery Court.  Now we wait for the judge in Maury County to hear the arguments in the case and make a determination about the venue and/or the case.
