The task force, which was created by the Williamson County Commission to provide a recommendation for the future of the Confederate flag on the county seal, voted unanimously in favor of a plan to remove that flag from the seal.

The Williamson County Commission will vote on whether to accept this recommendation and petition the Tennessee Historical Commission on 9/14.
