As a victim of William Charles Modglin aka Chance, Johny Layne, Sid, Charlie, chance Morgan. I know and experienced his assault, narcissistic behavior, drug abuse, family violence, and terroristic threats firsthand & the fear and pain he causes.

 Despite having a total of 12 pending charges filed with the DA office, two which are assault charges and 1 impeding breathing & unlawful restraint cause he wouldn't let me leave the room to call for help.

All are filed with the DA office and a protection order from the state in place, even with that protection order in place he still tries to come around me making a excuse saying it's my fault. 

The state ordered EPO has already been violated six times.

This individual manipulates situations to make himself appear as the victim while blaming others.

So I'm now homeless as I had to quit my job in fear of him coming around to assault me as many times before Ive came home and he has been hiding or inside our apartment to attack me when I arrive from work.

One time I come home and he going thru my computer sitting on my bed I tell him when I walk in u need to be gone before I put my purse down and grab my phone to call cops and he instantly starts hitting me.  Here a link to video

which infact he had no longer authority to be there as the state protection order in place says he was not allowed. 

So I been thru the deep end with him scared everyday where or who I talk to waiting to find out if he going to jump out somewhere with a gun or something and kill me. I'm now living in my car with my dog sleeping randomly places and showering where I can because I don't feel safe. I go days without food and sometimes not enough gas in my car to move it anywhere.

I change my number monthly cause up until now there was a mole within my gay group of friends that he would provide Charlie with drugs for oral sexual intercourse. That mole would also give Charlie my new Facebook page emails and phone numbers. Until I figured out who it was and now he has no way of contacting me.

 

So if you are a victim or have been. You know how evil he can be. I'm starving myself living in my car scared to death. So I know there are or was others. He seems to do this to all his ex's or authority figures that have tried to stand up to him and put him in his place. He then makes them out to look like the bad ones. 

He used to tell me his Own was a crack whore didn't even know who his father was. That she would leave him home alone while she would be out selling her self for drugs and come home and beat him. So his GMA adopted him

Also told me about a ex named Txxx that would beat him if he didnt cook for her kids spaghetti. That he always had to take care of her kids cause she was a coke whore and lost her car one night when they where at Whataburger it got repo cause she would use all his check on coke. Then that when he tried to leave her she had her youngest scream rape on him thru CPS.

There so much more stories he has made up.

Well don't be that victim that didn't speak up and was scared to be a victim of his narcissist story's. Who cares what he says with your signatures we can finally put a stop or get him the help he needs and for once show him he isn't the victim he claims to be.

 

His drug addiction has gotten so out of control he has been homeless for almost 6 months now but gets a 1437.00 check a month from the government. That shows you what our hard owned tax dollars go to. Str8 into his veins. Then once the money is gone he has some gay HIV black older guy he does sexual intercourse with for drugs.
