The Trump Administration last month revoked Due Process and Habeas Corpus for Immigrants and any anyone who doesn't share an Ethnicity that Trump considers/treats as Human; American Citizens have also been Arbitrarily Arrested and Detained By The Immigration And Customs Enforcement Agency. Article 7: "All are equal before the law and are entitled without any discrimination to equal protection of the law. All are entitled to equal protection against any discrimination in violation of this Declaration and against any incitement to such discrimination." - The Universal Declaration Of Human Rights
Article 6 is basically Everyone has the Right To Be Treated as a Person/Human with Rights, before the Law. Article 7 is basically all are equal before the Law and are entitled to equal protection against discrimination before the law. Articles 8 and 10 both have to do with Right to Fair Trial, The Right To Due Process more specifically: Article 8: "Everyone has the right to an effective remedy by the competent national tribunals for acts violating the fundamental rights granted him by the constitution or by law."
Article 10: “Everyone is entitled in full equality to a fair and public hearing by an independent and impartial tribunal, in the determination of his rights and obligations and of any criminal charge against him.”
Article 11: "Everyone charged with a penal offence has the right to be presumed innocent until proved guilty according to law in a public trial at which he has had all the guarantees necessary for his defence. In Trump's Ethnic Cleansing Campaign, there are thousands of individuals (especially many legal citizens) who were Arbitrarily Arrested, Detained and Exiled by the Trump Administration, a complete violation of International Law; The Universal Declaration of Human Rights that the USA did sign and ratify into law. Last month during Trump's Ethnic Cleansing Campaign, an Child was detained at Alligator Alcatraz. According To Tampa Bay Times News Article: "A teen ended up at Florida’s Alligator Alcatraz detention center": "The site is not meant to house minors. The 15-year-old has since been relocated. In the rush to open a detention camp in the Florida Everglades for “some of the most vicious” migrants illegally in the country, state and federal officers detained a 15-year-old boy with no criminal record and sent him in handcuffs to Alligator Alcatraz, the Miami Herald and Tampa Bay Times have learned. The teenager, a Mexican national whose name is Alexis, was a passenger in a vehicle stopped in Tampa by Florida Highway Patrol troopers and later handed over to federal immigration authorities on July 1. His father spoke to the Times/Herald and said his son spent three days in the tents and chain-link pens at the pop-up detention center, making him one of the first immigrant detainees shuttled to site. State and federal officials initially deflected questions or denied that Alexis had been locked up at the facility. But on Wednesday, the DeSantis administration acknowledged that they had held the teenager at Alligator Alcatraz. "Alexis, whom the Times/Herald is identifying only by his first name because he is a minor, was transferred out of Alligator Alcatraz on July 4. With Trump's Building Of His Concentration Camp In Trump's Mass Deportation Program, which is correctly Ruled as "Ethnic Cleansing" According To The UN's Definition of Ethnic Cleansing. Not only did The Trump Administration Break International Law (Articles 5,9 of The UDHR) in this Incident, one of innumerable, but Trump also Broke International Law concerning Children; The Convention On The Rights Of The Child: Article 6: "States Parties recognize that every child has the inherent right to life. States Parties shall ensure to the maximum extent possible the survival and development of the child." I will also reiterate Article 19 of The Convention On The Rights Of The Child: “States Parties shall take all appropriate legislative, administrative, social and educational measures to protect the child from all forms of physical or mental violence, injury or abuse, neglect or negligent treatment, maltreatment or exploitation, including sexual abuse, while in the care of parent(s), legal guardian(s) or any other person who has the care of the child. In The Trump Administration’s purposeful targeting of Children in Trump’s Mass Deportation Program, Psychological Torture is classified under “Mental Violence” in Accordance To The Convention On The Rights Of The Child. Again, while The USA did sign the Convention On The Rights Of The Child, The USA did not Ratify The Convention on The Rights Of The Child(CRC) into Law; therefore allowing Trump placing Children into Cages in Trump’s Zero Tolerance Immigration Policy in Trump’s 1st Presidency and this continues now into August of 2025. Again, Cruelty/Psychological Torture…so Mental Violence against Children is the point in The Trump Administration’s Reign of Terror on Immigrants; a Clear Violation of International Law; The Universal Declaration of Human Rights, which the USA did sign and ratify into Law.

The Convention Of The Rights Of The Child That Trump Violated:
Article 2: "States Parties shall respect and ensure the rights set forth in the present Convention to each child within their jurisdiction without discrimination of any kind, irrespective of the child's or his or her parent's or legal guardian's race, colour, sex, language, religion, political or other opinion, national, ethnic or social origin, property, disability, birth or other status. States Parties shall take all appropriate measures to ensure that the child is protected against all forms of discrimination or punishment on the basis of the status, activities, expressed opinions, or beliefs of the child's parents, legal guardians, or family members."
Article 6: "States Parties recognize that every child has the inherent right to life. States Parties shall ensure to the maximum extent possible the survival and development of the child."
Article 9: "States Parties shall ensure that a child shall not be separated from his or her parents against their will, except when competent authorities subject to judicial review determine, in accordance with applicable law and procedures, that such separation is necessary for the best interests of the child. Such determination may be necessary in a particular case such as one involving abuse or neglect of the child by the parents, or one where the parents are living separately and a decision must be made as to the child's place of residence. In any proceedings pursuant to paragraph 1 of the present article, all interested parties shall be given an opportunity to participate in the proceedings and make their views known. States Parties shall respect the right of the child who is separated from one or both parents to maintain personal relations and direct contact with both parents on a regular basis, except if it is contrary to the child's best interests. The US Bill of Rights Constitutional Amendments that Trump Is Violating Is:

“Fifth Amendment: No person shall be held to answer for a capital, or otherwise infamous crime, unless on a presentment or indictment of a grand jury, except in cases arising in the land or naval forces, or in the militia, when in actual service in time of war or public danger; nor shall any person be subject for the same offense to be twice put in jeopardy of life or limb; nor shall be compelled in any criminal case to be a witness against himself, nor be deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor shall private property be taken for public use, without just compensation.”
“Sixth Amendment: In all criminal prosecutions, the accused shall enjoy the right to a speedy and public trial, by an impartial jury of the state and district wherein the crime shall have been committed, which district shall have been previously ascertained by law, and to be informed of the nature and cause of the accusation; to be confronted with the witnesses against him; to have compulsory process for obtaining witnesses in his favor, and to have the assistance of counsel for his defense.”

The 4th Amendment Protects against any Unlawful Search and Seizure by the US Government (which ICE without warrants is doing, which is Illegal). The 12th Article of The Universal Declaration Of Human Rights is equivalent: “Article 12: No one shall be subjected to arbitrary interference with his privacy, family, home or correspondence, nor to attacks upon his honour and reputation. Everyone has the right to the protection of the law against such interference or attacks.” – The Universal Declaration Of Human Rights
The 5th Amendment gives numerous protections for individuals accused of crimes, such as serious criminal charges have to be started by a Grand Jury, that an individual cannot be tried twice for the same crime (double jeopardy), individuals have the right against self-incrimination and cannot be imprisoned without due process (so fair procedures and fair trials) nor have their property taken away from them without just compensation.
The 6th Amendment gives numerous additional protections to individuals that are accused of crimes, such as being informed of their criminal charges, the right to a speedy and public trial and the right to trial by an impartial jury in their criminal cases and to be allowed representation by a lawyer and to have their own witnesses and to face the witnesses against them. The 7nth Amendment gives them additional rights, including the extended right to a jury trial in their Federal civil cases. The 8th Amendment disallows excessive fines and excessive bail as well as cruel and unusual punishment. The 9nth Amendment itself outright states that listing specific rights in the Constitution does not mean that individuals do not have other rights that are not listed nor spelled out in The Constitution.
I as A Priest have to remind those of Christ that Hatred is Rebellion Against God. For God (He Himself) is Love, we as Christians have to be of Love and There Is Zero Exception To This. This is found in 1st John 4:7-21 (Imago Dei(In God's Image)):"Beloved, let us love one another, for love is from God, and whoever loves has been born of God and knows God. Anyone who does not love does not know God, because God is love." 1 John 4:7-8. In these two verses, St. John states in No Uncertain Terms that God (He Himself) is Love. Those Who Are Not Of Love, are Not Of God...no matter what they Profess. God Is Love, God (He) is The Source Of Love...those who are not of Love are not of God nor have the capability to be of Love. Father Gabrielle Amorth puts all of this succinctly in this quote: "The ability to love comes from grace, and it is much reduced in those who do not know Christ; and even more so in those who know Him but do not follow Him, a choice that assumes a serious sin." - Father Gabrielle Amorth
In Father Gabrielle Amorth's Ruling: Love comes from God, it is much reduced in those who do not know Christ (aka Non-believers), even more so in those who know him but choose not to follow him(aka Fallen Christians who Profess to be of Christ but Have Hatred in Their Hearts for Others. They do not have God's Holy Spirit and are not saved no matter what they Profess. So do not Believe Them And Do Not Count Them As Part Of The Body of Christ. They are not Christian no matter what they Profess...this is the ruling (Their lack of Empathy for others, from a Psychological Perspective...they cannot Be Trusted With Human Life either)).
In The Month of February, The Late Pope Francis made the ruling (which the Catholic Church under Pope Leo and of whom I also support the Catholic Church in this) against The Trump Administration's Immigration Policy.

Let’s take a look at Luke 10:25-37: And behold, a lawyer stood up to put him to the test, saying, “Teacher, what shall I do to inherit eternal life?” He said to him, “What is written in the Law? How do you read it?” And he answered, “You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your strength and with all your mind, and your neighbor as yourself.” And he said to him, “You have answered correctly; do this, and you will live.” But he, desiring to justify himself, said to Jesus, “And who is my neighbor?” Jesus replied, “A man was going down from Jerusalem to Jericho, and he fell among robbers, who stripped him and beat him and departed, leaving him half dead. Now by chance a priest was going down that road, and when he saw him he passed by on the other side. So likewise a Levite, when he came to the place and saw him, passed by on the other side. But a Samaritan, as he journeyed, came to where he was, and when he saw him, he had compassion. He went to him and bound up his wounds, pouring on oil and wine. Then he set him on his own animal and brought him to an inn and took care of him. And the next day he took out two denarii and gave them to the innkeeper, saying, ‘Take care of him, and whatever more you spend, I will repay you when I come back.’ Which of these three, do you think, proved to be a neighbor to the man who fell among the robbers?” He said, “The one who showed him mercy.” And Jesus said to him, “You go, and do likewise.” Luke 10:25-37
In Luke Chapter 10, Jesus Teaches In No Uncertain Terms to The Disciples and Us that the other Human Being is our Neighbor and there can be no limit as to who our Neighbors are. Jesus also in this Parable states In No Uncertain Terms to the Disciples and us to have Compassion on others; specifically Human Suffering. Not only that in the Parable, but Jesus also demonstrates that the cultural enemy of the time, can be used by God to do Good. Jesus also demonstrates in this Parable that the Religious Individuals/those of the State/Spiritually Corrupted Individuals and Us too…aka those who did not Help the Human that was on the road bleeding out…that they were equally as guilty as the Perpetrator for standing by and doing nothing as an Human Suffered. This is Apathy to Evil and God will not count those who are Apathetic to Evil, guiltless either...they are equally as guilty as the perpetrator. Again, Dietrich Bonhoeffer in this quote Defines Apathy To Evil succinctly: "Silence in the face of Evil, is itself Evil. God will not hold guiltless. To not speak is to speak. To not act is to act." - Dietrich Bonhoeffer
Again As A Priest, I have to Remind You that we as Christians are supposed to Protect/Defend/Treat Well The Immigrant. This is Found In The Bible:
"You shall not wrong or oppress an immigrant." Exodus 22:21
"The immigrant who resides with you shall be to you as the citizen among you." Leviticus 19:33-34 and 24:22
"Cursed be anyone who deprives the immigrant of justice." Deuteronomy 27:19
"Do no wrong or violence to the immigrant." Jeremiah 22:3-5
Again, the Trump Administration cannot be trusted with Human Life, especially a Child. Report Trump's Human Rights Abuses To The UN! Is The Trump Administration guilty of Human Rights Violations/Ethnic Cleansing (By The UN's Definition of "Ethnic Cleansing)? The Answer is Yes. Can the Trump Administration be trusted with Children, let alone Human Life? With The Revoking of Human Rights, Mass Deportations(that are fueled by Racism/Xenophobia(mental illness to say the least); logically No. From a Psychological Perspective, when it comes to Psychology, we as Humans are Creatures of Habit, there are Patterns To Behavior; so there are no Blue Moon/Isolated Incidents; there is only Premeditation in this case involving desire to harm/Remove and Revoke Human Rights (especially Due Process and Habeas Corpus of their current Victims and Future Victims). The USA did sign The Convention on the Rights of the Child but never ratified it onto law. You need to learn your rights, above all you should report these Human Rights Abuses To The UN to safeguard Human Life from Trump. I will reiterate this as an Certified Human Rights Consultant (while not a Lawyer, I am Legal Counsel for International Law; specifically Human Rights): You can—and should—report human rights abuses. Even if they are not prosecuted, publicity or the prospect of an investigation can have a restraining effect on the perpetrators. 1. List the specific Articles of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights that have been violated. 2. State the facts, as far as possible in chronological order. 3. Include the date, time and place of the incident(s); name and position of the perpetrator(s); place of detention if applicable; names and addresses of any witnesses and any other important details. I originally made this Human Rights Campaign primarily so that the USA would ratify The Child Rights Convention into Law. Over a Year Later I never would have imagined that the USA would Cage Children again, Separate Families and far worse; The Trump Administration actively committing Ethnic Cleansing as we speak, The Trump Administration is effectively no different than Nazi Germany in its Early Stages; Labeling Anyone Not of A Particular Ethnicity, a Non Citizen and effectively treated as Non Human. . On one hand there is The Principle of What Is Best For The Child, which is a Protected Principle, which basically mandates Adults dealing with Children to have regard for Their Best Interest as the adult can see to those Best Interests. On the other hand there is the obligation to give the Child a Voice or allow the Child to Participate or be Heard in Any Process or Any Decision Effecting That Child. And here you can see the first Ethical Dilemma. You might decide that it is in the Child’s Best Interest to be Returned to Their Family, because they will be looked after, they will be fed; they will be housed or something different. Who makes that decision? How do you calibrate that? How do you measure the Child’s Maturity or how the precedent of them having influence over your views?”

Because many Children do get sent back, which will lead to situations such as Re-Trafficking, which will lead to another hazardous journey. Which may be Life Threatening. And relating to that, my Final Point Being; that Children being subjected to Flight, alternatively they should never be Forced To Go Back to a Risk Country. Because they hail from some part of that Country that is Safe. It may be possible for an Adult to be placed in one part of a Country and be insulated from the dangers. But with Children there is much more risk that Harm will effect Them.
