November 2024 Update On Human Rights And Child Rights:
Good Evening Everyone, thank you all for signing and sharing this Petition. It has been more than a couple of weeks now since the Election. President-Elect Donald Trump has Promised His Remigration Campaign (Ethnic Cleansing) as soon as He takes Office in January; His Mass Deportation Program that will Violate Numerous Human Rights, where Children will once again be placed in cages. So in this Update there is much to discuss (as well as the news of the Catholic Church's Stance against Trump's Mass Deportation Campaign) and why it is even more important than ever to do all that you can legally to safeguard Human Life and especially Children and to ensure the rule of Law against Human Rights Violations. So, here is the Update For The Month of November (and why America needs to Ratify "The Convention On The Rights Of The Child"):
According To The News Article: “A second reign of terror: Inside Trump’s blueprint for home raids”:
“When Trump was elected, many Americans wondered if we were in for a brutal nationwide reign of terror, or if he’d merely content himself with more tax cuts for billionaires and a repeat of his last term’s personally profitable crony capitalism. While the mainstream media has treated him (for years) as if he’s just another, albeit quirky, politician, others among us, as Carole Cadwalladr noted at The Power, remember that when Rodrigo Duterte was elected president of the Philippines (whose constitution is modeled after ours) within a mere 6 months he was imprisoning opposition politicians, protesters, and journalists. Taking down the free press in Germany and imprisoning dissidents and journalists only took Hitler three months, about the same as Mussolini and Pinochet. America’s rightwing oligarchs are apparently ready for the fun to begin: Elon Musk tweeted last week that it’ll soon be time to use the force of law and the Department of Justice to prosecute the people at Hate who’ve been relentless in outing Nazis on Xitter. (Musk just lost a lawsuit to them.)”
“But even though they moved quickly, Hitler, Pinochet, Mussolini, and Duterte didn’t start with journalists; they started with the most marginalized and least powerful people in their nations. For Hitler it was trans people he went after within his first two weeks; for Duterte it was drug addicts. Pinochet and Mussolini arrested vulnerable working class supporters of their opposition political parties who dared show up in the streets to demonstrate against them. So, who’s the weakest here in America? While Trump campaigned against trans people (just like Hitler had in 1933), it looks like he has another group in mind for his first genticide.”
"Trump has his sights on undocumented Black and Hispanic migrants to begin the state-sponsored violence and inure the American public to what will eventually come for many more of us. Homan notoriously ran ICE during the last Trump administration and is often considered, along with Stephen Miller, as the father of Trump’s brutal child separation policy that traumatized so many thousands of young families and has left about 1,000 youngsters trafficked into pop-up “Christian” adoption services missing to this day. “Alone. Frightened. Not knowing where their parents are or if they’ll ever see them again. Homan also helped write part of the immigration policies for Project 2025. And famously bragged to CBS that if he found families with “illegal” members in this country, he’d simply deport the entire family, US citizens or not. When asked by Cecilia Vega on 60 Minutes, “Is there a way to carry out mass deportation without separating families?” Homan barely took a breath before asserting, “Of course there is. Families can be deported together.”
“America has done this before, and the results were ugly. In the 1920s, Republican President Herbert Hoover initiated a nationwide roundup and deportation of people of mostly Mexican ancestry. Police and border agents simply went house-to-house in Hispanic neighborhoods from Arizona to Alaska, often kicking in doors and dragging out people who couldn’t immediately prove their citizenship. As many as 2 million people with Hispanic last names were arrested. As a result, an estimated 40% to 60% of the people arrested, detained, and deported were actually US citizens by virtue of their birth on US soil. Because they were deported without proof of citizenship (often because of home births without hospital records), however, they were never able to return to the US.”
“During WWII, American employers encouraged Mexicans to come to the US to fill jobs vacated by US citizens who’d been drafted and sent off to war. After the war, President Eisenhower launched Operation Wetback and essentially replicated Hoover’s program; an estimated 300,000 to 1.1 million people were similarly dragged from their homes. Nobody is certain how many were US citizens, but estimates range from 30% to as many as 60%. Again, because they weren’t able to instantly prove citizenship when the police arrived at their homes, they had no way to get back into the US once they were dumped in Mexico. If Trump’s leading candidate for Attorney General, Mike Davis, assumes that role he’ll almost certainly back up Holman’s efforts, even if millions of US citizens are seized, imprisoned, and deported. He’s the guy, after all, who just tweeted: “Fuck unity. We have the votes. And they tried to kill Trump.” And “Here’s my current mood: I want to drag their dead political bodies through the streets, burn them, and throw them off the wall. (Legally, politically, and financially, of course.)”
“The fact that Trump and the people around him are giddy about going after Hispanics and other Black and Brown immigrants from “shithole countries” answers the question everybody is asking about how brutal his second administration could become. It’s going to be rough. Get ready. Stephen Miller has already said he’s gleefully going to try to undo the citizenship of naturalized US citizens (presumably not the Norwegians, though) so he can throw them into the concentration camps along with the “illegals”: “Yes, we’ve started a new denaturalization project under Trump. In 2025, expect it to be turbocharged” – Stephen Miller. And if you you’re a natural born citizen with an Hispanic last name or live anywhere near Hispanics and have black hair and brown eyes, be sure to get your proof of citizenship ready and carry it with you at all times, even when you sleep. And the rest of us? No dictator in history has ever started a violent inquisition attacking the weakest in society — and they all begin there — without soon extending his terror against every person he thought opposed him or who represented a challenge to his power". - News Source(The source for this Article in listed below in My November 18nth Sermon Theology Paper)
As A Certified Human Rights Consultant (Certified By The Us Institute Of Diplomacy And Human Rights), I will state in No Uncertain Terms that Arbitrary Arrest, Detention And Exile is A Human Rights Violation; Violating Article 9 of The Universal Declaration of Human Rights. So, what Is Article 9 Of The Universal Declaration of Human Rights?”:
"Article 9 - Freedom from Arbitrary Arrest and Exile. International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights – General Comment No. 35, Article 9 (Liberty and security of person) (CCPR/C/GC/35, 2014). As a major international human rights treaty, the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights provides a range of civil and political protections. To help countries interpret the 53 articles of the treaty, the Human Rights Committee publishes General Comments at regular intervals. These Comments interpret the text of the treaty and give clarification to States regarding their reporting obligations to the Committee. In addition, the Committee uses the General Comments to make recommendations to countries concerning certain topics or issues and provides guidance on implementing the codified rights of the treaty into national legislation. General Comment No. 35 addresses the ban on arbitrary detention and defines liberty and security of persons. It specifies the State’s responsibility to limit its powers and to have clear guidelines when making arrests or placing a person in detention. It also provides State parties with specific information about safeguards and how to effectively control government entities. It aims to encourage compliance on the national level and to protect all humans from arbitrary arrest, detention, or exile." - Article 9, The Universal Declaration of Human Rights”
Article 9 Of The Universal Declaration Of Human Rights (which was adopted by the United Nations in 1948): "No one shall be subjected to arbitrary arrest, detention or exile.". In This Article of The Universal Declaration Of Human Rights, No Individual shall be (will be/should be) Arbitrarily Arrested, placed in Detention or Exiled. This is a Fundamental Human Right; the 9nth Article Of The Universal Declaration Of Human Rights. The Trump Administration will Violate This Human Right in its planned Ethnic Cleansing...the Remigration Campaign of Trump's in their Immigration Policy which is promised immediately in January of next year. The Trump Administration will Break these Human Rights Conventions and far worse in Trump's Remigration Campaign in 2025. As opposed To Breaking Numerous Human Rights Violations (The Universal Declaration of Human Rights) Conventions amongst others in their Previous Administration's Zero Tolerance Immigration Policy, where Children were placed in cages and where Trump has Promised To Return This Policy in 2025. I do talk about this far more in my most recent Theology 203/Human Rights Teaching. I also talk about Mass Deportations/Detentions and "Ethnic Cleansing" and more in my recent Human Rights Presentation/Theology 203 Teaching. Link To My November 18nth Sermon: Stemming The Demonic That Is Trumpism As A Christian:
So, what other Human Rights Violations Will Occur In Trump's Remigration Campaign (Trump's Mass Deportation Campaign)?:
The Universal Declaration Of Human Rights, which was adopted By The United Nations in 1948 and has 30 Articles, These Human Rights Articles that were violated by the Trump Administration in Trump’s Zero Tolerance Immigration Policy (which I cover in My Human Rights Presentation Why The United States Of America Should Adopt The Convention On The Rights Of The Child) and these are the same articles that will be Violated in Trump's Remigration Policy that is correctly ruled as "Ethnic Cleansing":
Article 1: “All human beings are born free and equal in dignity and rights. They are endowed with reason and conscience and should act towards one another in a spirit of brotherhood.”
Article 2: “Everyone is entitled to all the rights and freedoms set forth in this Declaration, without distinction of any kind, such as race, colour, sex, language, religion, political or other opinion, national or social origin, property, birth or other status. Furthermore, no distinction shall be made on the basis of the political, jurisdictional or international status of the country or territory to which a person belongs, whether it be independent, trust, non-self-governing or under any other limitation of sovereignty.”
Article 3: “Everyone has the right to life, liberty and security of person.” (The Right To Life)
Article 4: “No one shall be held in slavery or servitude; slavery and the slave trade shall be prohibited in all their forms.”
Article 5: “No one shall be subjected to torture or to cruel, inhuman or degrading treatment or punishment.”
Article 6: “Everyone has the right to recognition everywhere as a person before the law.”
Article 7: “All are equal before the law and are entitled without any discrimination to equal protection of the law. All are entitled to equal protection against any discrimination in violation of this Declaration and against any incitement to such discrimination.”
Article 8: “Everyone has the right to an effective remedy by the competent national tribunals for acts violating the fundamental rights granted him by the constitution or by law.”
Article 9: “No one shall be subjected to arbitrary arrest, detention or exile.”
Article 13: “Everyone has the right to freedom of movement and residence within the borders of each state. Everyone has the right to leave any country, including his own, and to return to his country.”
Article 14: “Everyone has the right to seek and to enjoy in other countries asylum from persecution. This right may not be invoked in the case of prosecutions genuinely arising from non-political crimes or from acts contrary to the purposes and principles of the United Nations.”
Article 15: “Everyone has the right to a nationality. No one shall be arbitrarily deprived of his nationality nor denied the right to change his nationality (4)”.
The Human Rights Articles are self-explanatory. Everyone has a right to the Universal Declaration of Human Rights. Everyone has the Right to Live, to be regarded as a Human (Person/Individual with a Conscious) and a Right’s Holder. Most Importantly…Article 3: Everyone has The Right To Life (The Right to Exist, The Right to Be Alive, to Right to not Have Their Life Taken From Them). Articles 9,13,14-15 are more in regard to Migration/Immigration/Asylum: Article 9: No One shall be subject to arbitrary arrest, detention or exile (so people being arrested for no reason…so no due process and/being removed). Article 13: Everyone has the right to freedom of movement within their country and can leave their own country and return to their country. Article 14: Everyone has the right to seek asylum, to escape persecution, war/genocides (though this right can’t be used for running from non-political crimes or acts contrary to the purposes and principles of the United Nations). Article 15: Everyone has the right to a nationality; their right to their nationality can’t be deprived/denied from them and they can’t be denied the right to change their nationality.
So Yes, Everyone has a Right to Immigrate and these Rights are Guaranteed In The Universal Declaration Of Human Rights, that was adopted by The United Nations in 1948 and of which The United States of America did sign. All of this I Affirm as a Certified Human Rights Consultant, Certified By The US Institute Of Diplomacy And Human Rights. Again, Trump and His Supporters need to be Rejected and Their Victims Protected From Them. This Is Why Trump is Decreed As "Anti-Life" By The Pope... a literal Threat To Human Life. I Do Explain All of This And More In My Human Rights Presentation Paper: Human Rights Advocacy Why The USA Should Adopt The CRC cv.pdf
So, what do we as the Church can do against all of this Evil? Again, in September, The Pope Decreed That Trump Is Anti-Life (A Threat To Human Life) Due To His Hatred And Treatment Of Immigrants. (Instead of Re-Referencing this, I will just Link The September 2024 Theological Update On Child Rights, Human Rights And The Pope’s Decree That Trump Is Anti-Life ( Necessarily A Threat To Human Life) Due To His Hatred And Treatment Of Immigrants ).
In The Month of November, The Catholic Church has made a response to Trump's Inhumane Mass Deportation (Ethnic Cleansing Campaign). According To The Religious News Service Article: "Catholic bishops say they will defend migrants if Trump violates rights": "BALTIMORE (RNS) — At their annual meeting in Baltimore, the bishops' chair on immigration said, 'This is going to be a test for our nation. Are we in fact a nation based on law, on the most fundamental laws about the rights of the human person?"
"BALTIMORE (RNS) — Gathering in Baltimore on Tuesday (Nov. 12), just a week after former President Donald Trump won reelection, leaders of the U.S. Conference of Catholic Bishops promised to defend immigrants and poor people in the coming years. "As the successors of the Apostles and vicars of Christ in our dioceses, we never backpedal or renounce the clear teaching of the Gospel. We proclaim it in and out of season,” said Archbishop Timothy Broglio, president of the conference, who also leads the Archdiocese for the Military Services. Broglio’s comments expanded on an appearance last week on the Catholic media network EWTN, where the archbishop said the majority of Catholics had supported Trump due to concern for the “dignity of the human person.” In Baltimore Broglio made clear that human dignity should be protected “from womb to tomb,” saying the bishops were committed “to see Christ in those who are most in need, to defend and lift up the poor, and to encourage immigration reform, while we continue to care for those in need who cross our borders.” Cautioning that the bishops “certainly do not encourage illegal immigration,” he said, to applause from his fellow bishops, “we will all have to stand before the throne of grace and hear the Lord ask us if we saw him in the hungry, thirsty, naked, homeless, stranger, or sick and responded to his needs.”
"At a press conference, El Paso Bishop Mark Seitz, current chair of the migration committee, said that while the conference was waiting to see how Trump’s campaign rhetoric will materialize as policy, the conference would speak out for migrants in the event of mass deportations. “We will raise our voice loudly if those basic protections for people that have been a part of our country from its very beginning are not being respected,” Seitz said, referring to both legal and human rights. “This is going to be a test for our nation. Are we in fact a nation based on law, on the most fundamental laws about the rights of the human person?” -Catholic bishops say they will defend migrants if Trump violates rights
As Stated in My most recent Sermon, The Catholic Church does stand with The Immigrants and Will Oppose Trump and His Ethnic Cleansing Campaign (His Mass Deportation Campaign). Trump's Mass Deportation Campaign Violates Numerous Human Rights Laws (of The Universal Declaration of Human Rights). As a Priest, I also stand with the Church against Trumpism. I do explain why we as Christians have to safeguard Life from the Demonic (all that seeks it's Annihilation).
Synopsis of November 18nth Sermon: Stemming The Demonic That Is Trumpism As A Christian:
November 18nth Sermon: "Stemming The Demonic That Is Trumpism As A Christian". While it has been nearly two weeks since President-Elect Trump won the Election, with all of the Hatred (Idolaters giving into Demonic Suggestion by "The Spirit of Hate" and enacting Actions against Other Human Beings)) against all that they and their Human Messiah Despises in a Nominal level and with Trump's “Remigration” Campaign to start as soon as he takes office in January. With Trump Supporters specifically targeting African Americans in a Hatred Campaign in less than 48 hours after their Human Messiah was elected; I had talked about this and more in the past number of days on Instagram. Now that Election Day is nearly two weeks past, with increased Hatred Incidents (which I cover in this video)over the course of the past number of days by the Idolaters, this Theology 203 Session and Human Rights Teaching will be on The Demonic; what Specifically is giving the Compulsion to the Human Messiah and their Idolatrous Supporters To Try To Harm/Dominate and far worse; and why we Christians not only have to be of Love, but to Protect/Safeguard Human Life (and Human Rights) from what seeks its Domination and Annihilation. Again, Trump has Promised His Mass Deportations and “Ethnic Cleansing” on Day One he takes office as well the stripping of Civil Liberties amongst many Human Rights Violations and in this Human Rights Teaching (as a Certified Human Rights Consultant) I go through this and more and why we as Christians (those of Love), have to stand against/oppose this…all by Peace, Prayer, Love and Legal Accountability.

So, in closing, our Responsibility As Christians and The Church is to Protect/Safeguard The Weak/The Victims of Hatred And Wrong. Dietrich Bonhoeffer in this quote sums this succinctly: “Let the fellowship of Christ examine itself and see whether it has given any token of love of Christ to the victims of the world’s contumely and contempt, any token of that love of Christ which seeks to preserve, support and protect life. Otherwise however liturgically correct our serves are, and however devout our prayer, however brave our testimony, they will profit us nothing, nay rather, they must needs testify against us that we have as a Church ceased to follow our Lord. " - Dietrich Bonhoeffer, The Cost Of Discipleship
So stay safe, have a Happy Holiday Season, relearn what it means to be a Christian as well as learn all of your Human Rights (The Universal Declaration Of Human Rights) and do not lose your ability to be of Love…this is what happened to The Idolater/Christian Nationalists. Father Gabrielle Amorth's puts this succinctly in this quote: "The ability to love comes from grace, and it is much reduced in those who do not know Christ; and even more so in those who know Him but do not follow Him, a choice that assumes a serious sin." - Father Gabrielle Amorth. In Father Gabrielle Amorth's Ruling: Love comes from God, it is much reduced in those who do not know Christ (aka Non-believers), even more so in those who know him but choose not to follow him(aka Fallen Christians who Profess to be of Christ but Have Hatred in Their Hearts for Others. They do not have God's Holy Spirit and are not saved no matter what they Profess. So do not Believe Them And Do Not Count Them As Part Of The Body of Christ. They are not Christian no matter what they Profess...this is the ruling))).
