September 2024 Theological Update On Child Rights, Human Rights And The Pope’s Decree That Trump Is Anti-Life ( Necessarily A Threat To Human Life) Due To His Hatred And Treatment Of Immigrants

With Mass Shootings, With Trump And His Supporters Targeting Haitian Refugees here in America (that are legally allowed to be here) with Racism and Hatred Assaults that escalated to School Bombing Threats by Trump Supporters in the State of Ohio and with The Pope Decreeing Trump as Anti-Life (Necessarily a Threat To Human Life and Someone that can’t be trusted with Human Life)); a lot has happened in this month of September (which I’ve covered in my most recent Sermon). However, as of last week, Trump declared His Intent to Initiate “Ethnic Cleansing” here in America concerning All Immigrants that do not share a specific Ethnicity.

According To The News Article: “Trump’s Immigration Plan Just Went to a Terrifying New Extreme; Donald Trump has essentially endorsed ethnic cleansing in the United States” By Edith Olmsted:

"Donald Trump took his promise of the largest mass deportations in U.S. history to horrific new heights over the weekend, when he promised to begin a policy called “remigration.”

"In one of the former president’s several outlandish missives, Trump ranted about his anti-immigrant immigration policy. Among promises to “stop all migrant flights” and “suspend refugee resettlement,” he vowed Saturday to “return Kamala’s illegal migrants to their home countries (also known as remigration).”

"Stephen Miller, the ghoul behind some of Trump’s harshest immigration policies, reshared the post. “THE TRUMP PLAN TO END THE INVASION OF SMALL TOWN AMERICA: REMIGRATION!” Whenever Miller, with his affinity for white nationalism, backs up an immigration policy, one can usually assume it’s for the purpose of making America a white nation—and lo and behold, that’s exactly what “remigration” means."

"The Associated Press described “remigration” in 2019 as “the chilling notion of returning immigrants to their native lands in what amounts to a soft-style ethnic cleansing.” Remigration means not just deportation but the forcible return of non–ethnically European immigrants and their families, regardless of their actual citizenship. The horrific policy proposal is a direct response to the racist “great replacement” theory, which has been pushed by many right-wing U.S. politicians, including J.D. Vance. While “remigration” is not a commonly used word in U.S. politics, it is slightly more in evidence in European politics, where far-right politicians have pushed to maintain a homogeneous cultural and ethnic society. For example, Herbert Kickl, the leader of the Austrian far-right party, advocated in June for a “remigration commissioner.” In August, Kickl urged “remigration” while introducing the party’s manifesto advocating for “homogeneity” in Austria, rather than diversity. He also has previously said that remigration could be used to revoke the citizenship of non-whites who “refuse to integrate.”

"Martin Sellner, the activist head of the so-called Identitarian Movement, which extols the superiority of European ethnic groups, posted about Trump’s use of the word on X. “Remigration has had a massive conceptual career,” Sellner wrote in German. “Born in France, popularized in German-speaking countries and now the term of the hour from Sweden to the USA!”

"So did Trump know he was using the obscure language of the far right? It seems likely. “He knows what he is doing,” Ruth Ben-Ghiat, a history professor who studies fascism and authoritarianism, told Mother Jones. “He chooses his words carefully (1)”

So, what is Genocide and "Ethnic Cleansing" you might ask? What does ‘genocide’ technically mean?:

"The United Nations first defined genocide in 1948 in the Convention on the Prevention and Punishment of the Crime of Genocide. The treaty outlines five acts that can constitute genocide if they are done “with the intent to destroy an ethnic, national, racial or religious group”:

1. Killing members of the group

2. Causing serious bodily or mental harm

3. Deliberately inflicting conditions of life calculated to bring about the group’s physical destruction in whole or in part

4. Imposing measures intended to prevent births

5. Forcibly transferring children

"To qualify as genocide, the actions must be done with intent to eliminate an entire group of people. Without provable intent, a group or individual can still be guilty of “crimes against humanity” or “ethnic cleansing” but not genocide."

“What is ethnic cleansing? What’s the difference between genocide and ethnic cleansing?”

"Ethnic cleansing, on the other hand, only refers to the expulsion of a group from a certain area. Ethnic cleansing has not been defined and is not recognized as a crime under international law, according to the U.N. And in reality, the lines between ethnic cleansing and genocide are often blurred."

“Your motivation may be that you want the people out, but if in doing that you intend to destroy the group, then it’s also genocide,” said James Silk, a human rights professor at Yale Law School (2)”.

United Nations Definition of Ethnic Cleansing: "… rendering an area ethnically homogeneous by using force or intimidation to remove persons of given groups from the area.… a purposeful policy designed by one ethnic or religious group to remove by violent and terror-inspiring means the civilian population of another ethnic or religious group from certain geographic areas (3).”

As A Certified Human Rights Consultant, Certified by The Us Institute of Diplomacy And Human Rights...I affirm in No Uncertain Terms that Trump's Immigration Policy for 2025 (which Project 2025 though Brutal and Draconian with innumerable Human Rights Violations seems tame in comparison to this) is "Ethnic Cleansing" as Defined By The United Nations. Trump would return the US Policy to this and far worse in His Project 2025. So, What Human Rights as from The Universal Declaration Of Human Rights as Adopted By The UN in 1948, will Trump Violate in his Remigration Plans for 2025?

The Universal Declaration Of Human Rights, which was adopted By The United Nations in 1948 and has 30 Articles, These Human Rights Articles that were violated by the Trump Administration in Trump’s Zero Tolerance Immigration Policy (which I cover in My Human Rights Presentation Why The United States Of America Should Adopt The Convention On The Rights Of The Child) and these are the same articles that will be Violated in Trump's Remigration Policy that is correctly ruled as "Ethnic Cleansing":

Article 1: “All human beings are born free and equal in dignity and rights. They are endowed with reason and conscience and should act towards one another in a spirit of brotherhood.”

Article 2: “Everyone is entitled to all the rights and freedoms set forth in this Declaration, without distinction of any kind, such as race, colour, sex, language, religion, political or other opinion, national or social origin, property, birth or other status. Furthermore, no distinction shall be made on the basis of the political, jurisdictional or international status of the country or territory to which a person belongs, whether it be independent, trust, non-self-governing or under any other limitation of sovereignty.”

Article 3: “Everyone has the right to life, liberty and security of person.” (The Right To Life)

Article 4: “No one shall be held in slavery or servitude; slavery and the slave trade shall be prohibited in all their forms.”

Article 5: “No one shall be subjected to torture or to cruel, inhuman or degrading treatment or punishment.”

Article 6: “Everyone has the right to recognition everywhere as a person before the law.”

Article 7: “All are equal before the law and are entitled without any discrimination to equal protection of the law. All are entitled to equal protection against any discrimination in violation of this Declaration and against any incitement to such discrimination.”

Article 8: “Everyone has the right to an effective remedy by the competent national tribunals for acts violating the fundamental rights granted him by the constitution or by law.”

Article 9: “No one shall be subjected to arbitrary arrest, detention or exile.”

Article 13: “Everyone has the right to freedom of movement and residence within the borders of each state. Everyone has the right to leave any country, including his own, and to return to his country.”

Article 14: “Everyone has the right to seek and to enjoy in other countries asylum from persecution. This right may not be invoked in the case of prosecutions genuinely arising from non-political crimes or from acts contrary to the purposes and principles of the United Nations.”

Article 15: “Everyone has the right to a nationality. No one shall be arbitrarily deprived of his nationality nor denied the right to change his nationality (4)”.

The Human Rights Articles are self-explanatory. Everyone has a right to the Universal Declaration of Human Rights. Everyone has the Right to Live, to be regarded as a Human (Person/Individual with a Conscious) and a Right’s Holder. Most Importantly…Article 3: Everyone has The Right To Life (The Right to Exist, The Right to Be Alive, to Right to not Have Their Life Taken From Them). Articles 9,13,14-15 are more in regard to Migration/Immigration/Asylum: Article 9: No One shall be subject to arbitrary arrest, detention or exile (so people being arrested for no reason…so no due process and/being removed). Article 13: Everyone has the right to freedom of movement within their country and can leave their own country and return to their country. Article 14: Everyone has the right to seek asylum, to escape persecution, war/genocides (though this right can’t be used for running from non-political crimes or acts contrary to the purposes and principles of the United Nations). Article 15: Everyone has the right to a nationality; their right to their nationality can’t be deprived/denied from them and they can’t be denied the right to change their nationality.

So Yes, Everyone has a Right to Immigrate and these Rights are Guaranteed In The Universal Declaration Of Human Rights, that was adopted by The United Nations in 1948 and of which The United States of America did sign. All of this I Affirm as a Certified Human Rights Consultant, Certified By The US Institute Of Diplomacy And Human Rights. Again, Trump and His Supporters need to be Rejected and Their Victims Protected From Them. This Is Why Trump is Decreed As "Anti-Life" By The Pope... a literal Threat To Human Life. In My Human Rights Presentation: Why The United States Of America Should Adopt The Convention Of The Rights Of The Child (I state what drives Trump's Hatred and Why He Committed Numerous Human Rights Violations in His Zero Tolerance Immigration Policy when he was President and why all his Supporters are Equally Complicit To Evil in it):

Human Rights Presentation Why The United States Of America Should Adopt The Convention Of The Rights

So what does The Bible Say about Hatred? The clear answer to this question is found in 1st John 3:14-15: “We know that we have passed from death to life, because we love each other. Anyone who does not love remains in death. Anyone who hates a brother or sister is a murderer, and you know that no murderer has eternal life residing in him” (1 John 3:14-15).

In 1 John 3:14-15, St. John states in No Uncertain Terms that those who have Hatred in their Hearts are murdering them in their Hearts and not only that, but they do not have God's Holy Spirit in them and aren't Saved. Bethany Verrett in this quote puts all this succinctly: So, why is Hatred Separation From God? Bethany Verrett in the Article “Why Is The Sin of Hatred so Dangerous?” helps define this and here is a quote from her concerning this: “The root of evil is rebellion against God, His nature and His will. People cave into their fleshly desires, whether instinctively or intentionally, when they set themselves against God. The Bible makes it clear that God is love; He is the source of love, the giver of true life, and because of that love will continue into eternity, since He is eternal. Hate is the sinful opposition to that love. It is the driving force behind much of the wicked action people take. Sometimes it is hating others, hating a process, or hating oneself. God’s Word has much to say on the topic, emphasizing its toxic influence, pernicious nature, and how much it hurts the Lord. It is a selfish emotion that sets man against his creator and his brethren, damaging everything it touches because it allows people to see their fellow man as not also made in the image of God; to know the love of God is to be touched by true love, and embracing that enables people to overcome the fleshly drive to hate, and become more Christ-like. Like many topics, the Bible is not silent about hatred. It is the opposite emotion and behavior that Jesus Christ epitomized when He came to die on the cross, paying the price for the sins of humanity. The dictionary defines it as, “ill will or resentment that is usually mutual: prejudiced hostility or animosity. This definition does not seem to fully encapsulate hatred, as it is often the driving force for the worst of human behavior, including murder - the intentional ending of a life. God’s Word gives many powerful statements about what hate is. Ultimately, hate can lead to people not seeing the object of their hatred as fully human, justifying bad behavior on either a petty or a grand scale. Many people experience anger, some even have tempers that manifest in ways that are detrimental to their relationships. Getting mad at someone does not mean the relationship is hateful. Even modern psychology identified differences between the two, with anger being a passing emotion, even for those who struggle with anger management. Hate actively separates people from one another because it is an active decision to otherize, a word that means “to view or treat as intrinsically different from and alien to oneself.” This refers to someone being seen as so alien to oneself or a culture that they can be perceived as lesser, perhaps even less than human. Instead of seeing people as made in the image of God, they can be eliminated. Anger can lead to hate, and often fuels it, but that does not necessarily mean they are the same. Hate drives people to set themselves in opposition to God as well, meaning actions driven by hatred are rebellion. One of the most powerful statements in the Bible comes from one of the last epistles in the New Testament, written by one of the apostles. John wrote, “We know that we have passed from death to life, because we love each other. Anyone who does not love remains in death. Anyone who hates a brother or sister is a murderer, and you know that no murderer has eternal life residing in him” (1 John 3:14-15). This verse makes the bold claim that if someone calls themselves a Christian, but is hateful against anyone (especially another believer), they may not have the Holy Spirit, and may not be truly saved. Hate is intimately tied in with death, and just like Jesus called someone embracing lust an adulterer, someone harboring hate is murdering his brother in his heart. When this hate is acted upon, it leads to death. Sometimes that is spiritual or relational; unfortunately it can also be the ending of the life of another. Hate is dangerous, because when taken to its logical conclusion, it is the desire to eliminate the humanity of another" - Bethany Verrett

Again, the Logical Conclusion to Hatred is The Elimination Of Humanity of Another (The Elimination Of Human Life...which is always the Demonic aim).

The Pope Decreed On Friday September 13nth That Trump Is an Anti-Life Candidate. Here is the Decree:

"It should be clear that sending migrants away, denying migrants the capacity to work, to not welcome migrants, it is a sin. It is grave," the pope said."

"Francis said immigration was a right that dates back to biblical times, and noted that it was repeated in the Old Testament of the Bible that the people of Israel had a duty "to take care of the orphan, the widow and the stranger — that is, the migrant (5)."

The Pope is absolutely correct in this as well (We as a Christians have a Duty to Help The Immigrant and Treat The Foreigner well...if we do not and they cry out to the Lord...the Lord will surely hear their cry and we will have the Law of Consequences as a subsequent result of our Rebellion Against God). So, What Does The Bible Say About Taking Care of The Immigrant/Treating The Foreigner Well?:

“You shall not wrong a sojourner or oppress him, for you were sojourners in the land of Egypt. You shall not mistreat any widow or fatherless child. If you do mistreat them, and they cry out to me, I will surely hear their cry,” Exodus 22:21-23

In this verse, Moses speaks the commandment God decreed; that the Israelites shouldn’t wrong the stranger(foreigner/immigrant) in their midst, lest their cries be heard by God and God will enact Law of Consequences on them (those who harmed the immigrants/widowers, children; etc.), most severely. This still applies to us Christians…do unto others. Surpassing the limitations placed on us Christians…we place ourselves as Liable for Judgement.

“You shall not pervert the justice due to your poor in his lawsuit. Keep far from a false charge, and do not kill the innocent and righteous, for I will not acquit the wicked. And you shall take no bribe, for a bribe blinds the clear-sighted and subverts the cause of those who are in the right. “You shall not oppress a sojourner. You know the heart of a sojourner, for you were sojourners in the land of Egypt.” Exodus 23:6-9

Again in Exodus 23, Moses states God’s commandments to the Israelites of how they are not to oppress/harm the Sojourner (foreigner/immigrant).

“You shall have the same rule for the sojourner and for the native, for I am the Lord your God.” Leviticus 24:22

In this verse, what applies lawfully to the Israelites, equally applies to the foreigner/immigrant. Again, the do unto others. I do talk more about this in both my most recent Sermon (My September 16nth Sermon) as well as My Human Rights Presentation Paper: Why The United States Of America Should Adopt The Convention Of The Rights Of The Child (Linked below).

I will also add (as a Certified Human Rights Consultant; Certified by the Us Institute of Diplomacy And Human Rights) that Seeking Asylum and immigrating are both Fundamental Rights Protected In The Universal Declaration of Human Rights, which was adopted in The United Nations in 1948; which the United States of America did sign and ratify. I do talk about Human Rights/Child Rights And the Right To Immigrate and more in my Human Rights Presentation Video. Human Rights Presentation Why The United States Of America Should Adopt The Convention Of The Rights

Again, The Pope Correct In His Ruling That Trump Is Anti-Life (a threat to Human life by Default due to His desire for Domination if not destruction/Ethnic Cleansing of Immigrants) and yes him and his Idolatrous Supporters have to be Countered/Confronted with Love and Peace (Legal Accountability) and their Victims Protected from Them. I do explore Why The Pope Decreed Trump An Anti-Life, not only that but I help define What Idolatry Is, Why Trump Supporters (who sold their souls for a single Human Being (Trump)Are Under "Diabolical Obsession" the type of Possession tied directly with Idolatry and why we Christians have a duty and responsibility to Safeguard Their Victims from those Who are So Dominated By The Spirit Of Hatred And Spiritually Enthralled To The Ruler of This World; in my most recent Sermon.

Synopsis of My September 16nth Sermon: "Why Hatred Is The Antithesis of Christ And Removing The Spirit Of Hatred":

"For this is the message that you have heard from the beginning, that we should love one another. We should not be like Cain, who was of the evil one and murdered his brother. And why did he murder him? Because his own deeds were evil and his brother’s righteous." 1 John 3:11-12

With the very recent rise of Hatred and Malevolence to Haitian Refugees here in America by Trump and His supporters last week, with School Bombing Threats In Ohio By Trump Supporters (also this last week) and with The Pope declaring Trump as Anti-Life ( necessarily a Threat To Human Life) Candidate as of last week, this Sermon will go into full length of all of this and more. As A Certified Human Rights Consultant (Certified By The US Institute Of Diplomacy And Human Rights), I teach what Human Rights of The Universal Declaration of Human Rights states concerning Immigrants and why those seeking Asylum; specifically why The Haitians have a Legal Right To Be Here. As A Priest I go through what The Bible And Church Doctrine both say about Hatred, Why Hatred is Both Rebellion Against God And Why Hatred Is An Existential Threat To Human Life. As An Exorcist I explore What The "Spirit Of Hatred" (which is subservient to "The Spirit Of Murder") Is, Why Trump Supporters Sold Their Soul For A Single Human Being (Idolatry); Why The Idolaters Are Under The Demonic Possession Type known as Diabolical Obsession (Why they are Incapable of Love and are Irresistible To Their Human Messiah's Commands to them to Hate Who He Despises and give into that Compulsion to Harm and Kill those He Despises) and Why We As The Christian Church not only have to Safeguard Their Victims From Them...but Rescue The Idolaters From What Has Possessed Them in the first place...by Peace, Prayer And Love.

So, please continue to share this petition, have others read the Theology Paper (which is most important of all, given all of the Theology on Hatred and why we as Christians or Ethically good Individuals have to not only stand against Hatred and Wrong, but to Reject Trump and Trumpism as a whole) and have others sign it!

Four Reminders I Leave You:

“Let the fellowship of Christ examine itself and see whether it has given any token of love of Christ to the victims of the world’s contumely and contempt, any token of that love of Christ which seeks to preserve, support and protect life. Otherwise however liturgically correct our serves are, and however devout our prayer, however brave our testimony, they will profit us nothing, nay rather, they must needs testify against us that we have as a Church ceased to follow our Lord. " - Dietrich Bonhoeffer, The Cost Of Discipleship

“It is important to remember that Children despite their Legal Status, have Rights Everywhere in Every Country in The World, if they Ratify The Rights of A Child. It really doesn’t matter what your passport says, what your legal status is, who stamped your passport. You have a Right To Life, A Right to An Education. You have a Right to a Better Life than you received.” – Andrea Rossi

“One of the lessons of The Child’s Rights Convention adopted back in 1989, is that we have to look at Children as Rights Holders, People who can take opportunities and profit from Their Rights; not just poor vulnerable young people who want to protect against abuse. There’s the Two Sides of Child’s Rights. That was very clear when the Convention was adopted back in 1989. I think in the last 10-15 years that has been overshadowed by concerns to Protect Children. Of course Children are Entitled to Protection, but they are also Entitled to Survive and Thrive.” – Mike Dottridge

“A Child’s Migration Status must not be allowed to become a barrier to the Care, Protection and Essential Services they Require.” – UNICEF.irc.org
