Legal assessment was altered, missing the most important section!

Hello Everyone. We have reactivated this petition as we have discovered Ryan's cognitive assessment was altered, and possibly fraudulently missing the most important section that would have given him a review. Instead, he has lost 7 years of his life's passion of singing, lost 7 years of happiness with his father, lost forever his chance to hug his beloved grandfather because of this injustice.  

We are demanding the Saskatchewan Justice Minister investigate this injustice, along with providing Ryan a lawyer and restore his rights. His ability to defend himself was stolen by a false assessment, one that may have been used against other families as well and this needs to be investigated now. Please re-read, sign, share and comment, we need the Justice Minister to act now!
