in the case of US Bank  vs Elizabeth Profeta so would someone please explain to me how US Bank/Wells Fargo were allowed to proceed just 3 days later they illegally sold an

“”AS IS - Specialty deed””

to very wealthy realtors in Altavista California on October 18,2018 

US BANK completely withdrew their case against me & our children!  

Only to play tag you’re it w/  very wealthy Realtors aka  the Birmingham’s

I motion the court with a  request to revise which was denied by Judge 

These people act as if we’ve done something wrong and we haven’t and it’s really beginning to piss me off -  Will the real media please step up and cover the story of WALL ST FRAUD

 NEWEST COURT DATE - hearing for my motion to strike  IS APRIL 23rd  9:30 am

These attorneys have no problem committing perjury and fraud upon the court so

We have done nothing wrong! Except believe in the system and follow instructions from the bank,  completely unaware they were predators

I NEED HELP PEOPLE-  we have no where to go and from what I have witnessed throughout this daymare since 2009, the court will have no problem taking our home away from us n tossing us in the street  !
