My case hasn’t been heard in FEDERAL USDC yet—Wells Fargo pulls this shit

However 

oct 15th I gave notice of removal as I was EXTREMEY PISSED OFF @ plaintiffs response to OUR 10 page answers n special defense 

plaintiff just disagrees with all n denies all 

all in 1 lil sentence -Judge Matasavage states matter of factly , thier answer is fine AND THATS WHEN ENOUGH WAS ENOUGH 

 NOW researching to make sure I do this right  as a PRO SEr

oct 18th 2018  it seems an illegal sale of OUR HOME took place without our knowledge and On oct 30th Wells Fargo withdrew entire action ??

No memo � from lower court at all

This illegal sale has us now being evicted from this unknown party
