Please read todays article by Lucie Heath in the national ipaper, It features Cat and Karina, two Devon women who both had an early menopause and desperately need to see a menopause specialist. Both have also been forced to pay privately for care and travel hundreds of miles out of area when seeking referrals.

It also features Dr Lucy Craven who has played a huge part in this campaign, and we are grateful to her for speaking to the journalist Lucie Heath. 

Lucy, Cat and Karina have been supporting this Campaign from the start and we are hugely grateful to them for sharing their experiences both with us and with this national newspaper so that one day All DEVON menopausers will be able to access specialist menopause care. 

As it states in this article Devon ICB have stated that they are prepared to commission a Menopause Clinic but need the funding. This article will keep the momentum going so they know that we will not stop going until we have an NHS Menopause Clinic for all Devon people in Menopause. We hope that NHS Cornwall will do the same.
