As of November 5, 2021 Marialice Clark had not been listed as missing on the NCMEC the Website for National Center for Missing and Exploited Children.

There is federal legislation requiring entry into NCMEC with penalties for failure to do so, when the police identify they have a missing child case. 

In the last couple of weeks, Omaha Police Department has uploaded Marialice's data, and you can now print and share her flyer. The family have been waiting nearly half a century for the Police Department to start taking Marialice's disappearance seriously. Hopefully this is one of many new developments leading to more answers for the family.
