I tracked the vehicle through 3 dealerships and suddenly hit a brick wall. The dealership doesn't want to produce the name of the buyer. Why? I believe that it is in the possession of the dealership's owner or his son. When I mentioned the name, the guy at the dealership clammed up and accused me of being cocky, said it wasn't his problem and hung up on me. 

The local police say it's a civil matter and refuse to help, other than telling me I can't report it stolen. 

Judge Kautzmann refused to acknowledge my bill of sale to Rydell's dealership as evidence to drop the warrant. I have to provide the name and address of the person who was operating the vehicle at the time. 

I have been in contact with Congressman Kelly Armstrong's office regarding amending this hole in the system. I also am in contact with Governor Doug Burgum's office to see what can be done on a state level.

Most recently I've contacted an attorney about going after EVERYONE who had a hand in this debacle.
