The judge says she will only remove the warrant if I can track down the name and address of the current owner. 

This vehicle was sold to Rydell's in Grand Forks, who sold it to Adesa Auctions, who sold it to L&J Motors in Mandan,  who sold it to a private buyer. 

I am livid
