In 2013, 16 year old Traveontaye Berry was charged with the Murder of Carl Green Jr. and was convicted by a jury and was given a sentence of 52years in prison. The question here is..WHAT IS JUSTICE??!

The theory is he killed a man back behind an apartment building and was instantly caught coming out the front of that same apartment building. NO PHYSICAL EVIDENCE ties Traveontaye to the crime, NO gunshot residue on his clothes or hands, NO fingerprints found on the alleged murder weapon. WHAT IS JUSTICE??!

Running in an area that you here gunshots does not indicate any signs of guilt and should not get you treated as a suspect. If so why was Traveontaye the only suspect. WHAT IS JUSTICE??!

• 4 witnesses excluded Traveontaye Berry as being the shooter.
• 2 of those witnesses were in the house when the shooting took place
• 1 of the witnesses that was in the house was coerced into changing her initial statement from “She don’t know Traveontaye” to “ He’s the one that was shooting”.
• The 2nd witness that was in the house said she never saw a face but she knows 2 people ran through her house. 
  
  Another witness made a statement saying after she heard gunshots and Traveontaye was in custody she observed a male in all black cutting through her fenced in yard.
  
  Another witness stated she observed 2 individuals run off the porch of incident one fleeing Northbound and one fleeing Southbound, But because of her criminal history her character was defamed on the stand to be viewed as non credible by the jury.
