The Issue

Right now, the Commodore's Vestures is a shop in Darktide that sells a variety of cosmetics per page for premium in-game currency bought with real world currency every 2 weeks (or rotation) for all 4 base classes, the pages last 3 rotations, and then they disappear until Fatshark decides to bring the cosmetics back in one or multiple future rotations.

This current format preys on or makes use of FOMO (Fear Of Missing Out) where in this instance, it creates a sense of urgency in the player to make a purchase, else the item will disappear and might not come back any time soon, which then leads to feelings of unsatisfaction or, as previously mentioned, of having missed out. In other cases, it can also lead the player into not spending at all until the item(s) they seek finally make it into a rotation.

While Fatshark has slightly expanded the offers made every rotation, it still very much is this predatory format, many players have stated their dissatisfaction with the current format, and so far, the sentiment has been ignored by Fatshark.

What I propose is simple, depart from the current format, instead, make the past, present and future additions to the Commodore's Vestures permanent, I believe this will be perceived as a more honest and transparent selection, with which many players will rejoice in the change and be motivated to make more purchases in the future.
