Fourteenth Amendment, Section 3:
Disqualification from Holding Office

"No person shall be a Senator or Representative in Congress, or elector of President and Vice-President, or hold any office, civil or military, under the United States, or under any State, who, having previously taken an oath, as a member of Congress, or as an officer of the United States, or as a member of any State legislature, or as an executive or judicial officer of any State, to support the Constitution of the United States, shall have engaged in insurrection or rebellion against the same, or given aid or comfort to the enemies thereof. But Congress may by a vote of two-thirds of each House, remove such disability."

"The history behind the 14th Amendment proves its general applicability. Conspiring, whether by violence or coercion, to overturn the outcome of an election is precisely what Confederate officers and officeholders did. They didn’t like the outcome of the 1860 election, so they tried to dismantle the United States, first by walking away, then by force.

That was what Section 3 called “insurrection or rebellion” against the United States government. It’s hard to argue that the same thing didn’t happen in the aftermath of the 2020 election. For symbolic measure, insurrectionists carried the Confederate battle flag into the Capitol on January 6, marching in lockstep with an earlier generation of Americans who aspired to end our system of government. That it was a bungled attempt, and that it didn’t work, doesn’t make it different."

We The People, hereby demand the United States Congress obey the Constitution of the United States of America, which they took an oath to defend from ALL enemies, foreign & domestic, by enforcing the 14th Amendment, Section 3 to prevent Donald John Trump (and any/all of his enablers) from having their names appear on any ballot for public office in this or any future elections in the United States. 

If they fail to do their sworn duty and #DisqualifyTrump from holding public office after he fomented an insurrection against the United States government in plain sight -- with social media posts, print & broadcast media interviews, and live TV video evidence of the crime to prove it -- then they, too, should be removed from office for "giving aid & comfort" to those who attacked Congress on January 6, 2021 because they did not like the results of an election and sought to keep the loser in power by using political violence. (Let us not forget, this angry mob erected a gallows & chanted "Hang Mike Pence!" -- they wanted to execute the sitting Vice-President simply because he refused to violate his oath to the Constitution & because Trump falsely told them he had the authority to override the law.)
