I am asking our 26,000 people who have signed this petition to look at another campaign - Quite simply it is this

Why doesn't the Abbey Theatre in Dublin have midweek matinees to give those outside Dublin greater access to our national theatre.  Hotels in Dublin are no longer affordable so why won't the Abbey help people outside Dublin

Asking for two things, please if you can take about 90 seconds to do this

Dear Abbey Theatre as a publically funded body why don't you provide greater access to the Abbey Theatre for those outside Dublin.  Dublin Hotel prices are now prohibitive, mid-week matinees work in all major theatres.  Why doesn't the Abbey have at least on midweek matinee for all productions.  Girl on an Altar is on at the Abbey for a seven week run with not a single mid-week matinee. Why is that?  Please listen to what people want
