From what we can gather in Galway East all the candidates apart from Sean Canney and the Sinn Fein Candidate support the greenway, Canney has always opposed it the SF candidate is just obeying party orders.  Voting thoughts:  Anyone but Canney this man has been totally destructive of our campaign

Mayo, the candidate to really avoid is Lisa Chambers who has become obsessed with the railway from Claremorris to Athenry.  It's not going to happen, she knows that but she is in denial.

Alan Dillon  may yet come out to support us.  Michael Ring will win by  landslide and doesn't care about a greenway in the East of the county.

Sinn Fein are against the greenway and the greens think we should have railways back everywhere and will oppose the development of the N5

Our advice is to ask them on the doorstep but to avoid Lisa Chambers she will not help our cause.

Keep asking them, what are they going to do about the railway when is the rail report coming out why won't they back the greenway at least north of Claremorris?

Make them answer your questions.
