Just noticed we have gone through the 4,500 barrier, I also noticed that many of you have actually paid good money to promote this petition, many many thanks! It can be promoted for as little as €2 so many thanks to folks you have done so. We want to try and hit 20,000 signatures. Our campaign will not go away. The government fudged it last week by promising yet another report on the idea the closed for 40 years railway might come back, they did this to keep the support of anti greenway TD Sean Canney, who is stopping jobs in his own consitituency ; this fudge won't stop us and no report unless it is a pack of lies is going to make a case for the railway. It is the classic political fudge, lets do nothing, let's hold things up with a report. Well enough is enough. We need to act. Keep sharing keep persuading others to sign let's keep sending this message in bucket loads. We want the greenway and we want it now. Thanks. Brendan
