Isn't it great how very quickly people who share the same views come together on line. Thank you to the almost 1,000 people who have signed our Western Rail Trail Greenway petition. Sharing on Facebook is great but one of the most powerful ways to influence is to talk directly to people you know. If all of us who believe in this project, and I am guessing you do as you signed the petition clicked on the link on the petition page to email the petition to a friend, relative, colleague etc asking them to sign the petition think how our message would grow. It's easily done, go to the petition page and click on the send an email to friends option and away you go. We all do favours for friends, and I mean people you really know, not Facebook Friends or Likes, but friends, people you would have a coffee or a meal or even an argument with. Ask real people you know. If the near 1,000 signatories asked ten real people they know think what might happen to our petition. The power of one starts with you, use it. Brendan
