I would ask everyone to remember we can only protest against the developer’s current proposal- up to 21 dwellings on this land.
If you don’t want the site developed in any manner, then please support the community and sign the petition.
If we fail in our attempt to have the developer’s proposal refused then the land will be developed as per the current amendment - with up to 21 dwellings.
If we succeed in having the WAPC refuse the current amendment then perhaps we can start discussions with the developer and ask for alternative options.
But first of all we must seek refusal of up to 21 dwellings.
