Bill to criminalize endangerment with vehicle advances

I'm happy to report that 2 Bills have been introduced in the West Virginia Legislature !  Senate Bill 105 introduced by Senator Mike Woelfel, D-Cabell, has been introduced and is making progress !

House Bill 2822 introduced by Delegate Matt Rohrbach, R-Cabell, is also making progress thru the Legislation !

These Bills, although not only specific to Parks, will enhance the penalties for driving a vehicle under the influence of opiates and endangering lives !  I believe this is a win and hope that both Bills will become law !  Thank you for your support and please share this with those that may not have signed this petition yet !
