Every year thousands of accidents happen on West Virginia roads due to road conditions during the winter. Most of these accidents could easily have been avoided if the state of West Virginia took preventative measures to pre-treat the roads instead of waiting until after conditions are deemed less than ideal. This petition is to get the state of West Virginia to recognize that changes need to be made for the safety of those who live here and drive here.
