The new ‘pop-up’ cycle lanes need to be removed as a) they are dangerous b) they are not being used by cyclists and c) there was no public consultation.  

Traffic is frequently at a standstill throughout the day and there is confusion amongst cyclists, motorists and pedestrians. 

This is having a significant impact on people coming into the city.  We need to encourage visitors - not deter them - from coming into this historic city.
