August 2023 the first two of SEVEN arson fires fired against the Catalyst Project on 4300 W Sunset caused approximately $10M + in property damage, DNR air support, ground support, and cleanup efforts that are still taking place today - during the event of those first two arson fires, there was a major evacuation of all residents - indicating a MAJOR CONCERN with the Sunset Bridge being reduced to only two lanes for over the past 13 years of CITY INACTION in relation to funding the proposed rehabilitation of the historic bridge, SRTC studies reflected over 10,000 vehicles per day on the Sunset bridge back in 2012 - today in 2025 with the addition of housing developments, Amazon fulfillment center, King Beverage distribution center, River Run housing developments, additional closure of Indian Canyon Drive Road needed for evacuation points to SAVE LIVES 🏥 

🚨WEST HILL NEIGHBORHOOD NEEDS A EMERGENCY MORATORIUM TO STOP ALL HOUSING OR BUSINESS DEVELOPMENTS UNTIL THE SUNSET BRIDGE HAS SECURED FUNDING AND REHABILITATION WORK IS SECURED!!! 📢
