CT of Lungs in 2022 - Interstitial Lung Disease

Here is another CT done in 2022 which shows weblike structures in my lungs with little nodules. This is Interstitial Lung disease which is also caused by Relapsing Polychondritis (RP). RP does this as it causes a certain type of vasculitis (inflammation) of the veins. So this causes the web-like structure in my lungs. The technician would like you to believe  this is outside of me, but it is not!

Why did they lie? What did they get for doing this?
