CT Bowing Airway is TBM and is caused by Relapsing Polychondritis

This is an image of my bowing airway in 2022. How can my TBM be progressive from 77% collapse in 2015, and in 2018 almost complete collapse, 87%; at 90% you need a tracheotomy.  Normal collapse of airway is 10-25%. I have difficulty swallowing and must drink to wash food down.

The Doctors are lying. Is this because of the complaints I have made? Who is coercing them?
