Prior to retiring from the public service, I developed naming conventions and standards for management of our data. My unit did research focused on every transition in life from birth to death. The research helps our department identify gaps in needs and develop services for Canadians. I also worked in the Innovation Lab, which was a new way of approaching issues within our department and abroad. Here, units and branches in our department would submit applications to have their issues explored in order To resolve the problems within. Those selected would involve every employee to gather as much information as possible to understand the flow of information, timing, quality, and the people involved.

The information gathered was collated into final reports with recommendations, and next steps to improve efficiency.  

It is my thought that The Patient’s Advocate will forward recommendations for updates to Standards of Care and practice, based on outcomes of investigations. This will help ensure our health system is held accountable, is objective, and improves services for every Canadian; no matter your status in life. I also hope to be a force behind the Patient’s Bill of Rights.

I honestly cannot believe that the original physicians named in my first complaint have such a stranglehold over other physicians and institutions, and they continue to debunk everything that has  been identified, and have lied about my status at my first appointment with my new rheumatologist in 2022. 

My new respirologist is doing all testing over because my last CT by Dr. Sharma, claimed there was no trace of my 87% airway collapse, when in fact my airway is bowing!

They have:

• Delayed testing, Care, and treatment for

   my son and I;

• Colluded to prevent care;

• Dismiss and lied about test results;

• Breach of Trust;

• Misuse of Power, Position, and Authority;

• Breach of Privacy;

• Slandering my character.
