It's working! The people we need to support the nomination of Melbourne to Niantic are hearing us and that's in large part because we have passed 3500 supporters here on this petition, we have been in talks with a couple of relevant departments chasing their support for the nomination (due October 1st) - And we have a great letter of support from Sam Hibbins MP (State Member for Prahran - which covers Albert Park and Fawkner Park)

Let's get this petition to 5000 so the few influential supporters we still need but we haven't reached yet can't ignore us any longer (Martin Pakula and Dan Andrews, there are a lot of Melbournian Pokemon Go Trainers who want this! -- Let's show them that!) -- Share this petition on Twitter and Facebook for us and help spread the word!
