I have continued watching the body cam footage in slow motion and have created a theory on exactly which cops took part in planting illegal drugs on Mr. Lerch.  In the one officer's body cam footage, I watched the same officer that "dropped his bullets" walk back towards the scene, while playing with what looked like a bag of illegal drugs, then seconds later, the officer next to him reached toward the other (one that dropped the bullets), retrieved something from his hands, then reached into his pocket.  As if the officer that "dropped his bullets" handed the to-be-planted drugs to the other officer, all while all three of them are on their phones during the whole encounter, most likely texting each other, planning on how to plant the drugs on Mr. Lerch.  We need as many people as possible to call Mesa Police Department and inform them that We the People are fed up with their corruption and misconduct, demand that they hold their officers accountable, and drop the charges against Mr. Lerch, which resulted in a 10+ year prison sentence.
