When in the Course of human events, it becomes necessary for one people to dissolve the political bands which have connected them with another, and to assume the powers of their rights as citizens, a decent respect to their lawful nation requires that they should declare the causes which impel them to act.

We hold these truths to be self-evident, that ALL people are created equal, that they are inherently endowed with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness. That to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among the people, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed, --That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government, and the responsibility of appointed officials to carry out the lawful duty of their office.

The history of the present American President is a history of repeated injuries and usurpations, all having in direct object the establishment of an absolute Tyranny over these States. To prove this, let Facts be submitted to a candid world;

He has refused his Assent to Laws, the most wholesome and necessary for the public good.

He has forbidden his Governors to carry out their duties and prevented their lawful financial aid, unless his assent should be obtained in return for unlawful or inhumane demands.

He has overreached the powers of his office, infringing upon Congress and the States in multiple regards.

He has threatened public officials with prosecution for carrying out the lawful duties of their office, if their political ideology does not conform with his own.

He has elected officials to office fully unqualified and biased against the very offices that they hold.

He has allowed a private citizen access to sensitive government records and agencies, allowing him to dismantle or impede the lawful action of those agencies in service of the people, as legislated and funded by Congress.

He has endeavored to prevent the population of these States; for that purpose obstructing the Laws for Naturalization of Foreigners; refusing to pass others to encourage their migrations hither, and has unlawfully detained immigrants abiding legally. He has then transported them beyond Seas to be imprisoned for pretended offenses, without due process. He has then threatened to do the same to American citizens.

He has then defied the lawful orders of the Judicial to return those who were trafficked without indictment nor conviction, which have been imprisoned in a facility engaging in cruel and unusual punishment, in a nation not their own.

For these offenses and the general misuse of office, We the People, in the name and by authority of the good people of these States, solemnly publish and declare the Executive administration of the United States government to be wholly unlawful and illegitimate. We demand that the Judicial branch hold Donald Trump and his administrators in contempt and insist upon their immediate arrest for these illegal actions, far outside the duties of office. We demand that the Legislative meet to carry out the process of impeachment for these offenses and abuses.

If these actions are not taken in a timely manner, We the People declare that those who have refused to carry out the duties of their office are likewise unlawful and illegitimate. At such time we insist that the governors of states hold new elections to replace those in all three branches of government who have aided and abetted this insurrection against the lawful functioning of our government, which is of the people, by the people, and for the people. We shall not stand by and allow an American Holocaust. We demand that our appointed officials take immediate action, according to their oath of office.
