In blatant violation of the Constitution, Morris County, NJ, Superior Court Judge Peter Bogaard issued an ex-partè order and stole my children. No trial, no custody hearing, no abuse, no due process. And… NO AUTHORITY to issue that order.

Peter Bogaard violated his oath of office and must step down. There is no room in our courts for judges who violate the Constitution.
