As a community deeply affected recently by the horrific actions of Rebecca Halbach and Brandon Leconey, we are compelled to demand that Lynn Mangano be subject to a criminal investigation regarding the suffering and deaths of hundreds of innocent animals that were fostered through Lynn's Animal Shelter, a non-profit organization that Lynn Mangano owns and operates. 

Lynn Mangano has shown gross negligence, allowing her employee Rebecca Halback and partner Brandon Leconey to torture and starve hundreds of animals to death in their domestic household.

This is not only morally reprehensible but also against the principles of animal welfare.  Animal rescues are meant to be safe havens for animals in need, providing them with care and love until they find their forever homes.

However, in this instance, it appears that the opposite had happened for years.  

Lynn Mangano's irresponsible and lackadaisical approach toward responsible management has resulted in tragic consequences for hundreds of innocent lives.

We demand an immediate investigation into these allegations against this animal rescue owner. We call upon local authorities and animal rights organizations to take swift action against such practices and hold those responsible accountable.

The lives of countless innocent creatures depend on our collective actions today.
