Boycotts are meant to be a way of change, not a complete and total murder of the platform.

So it's been a while since we've hit 25 and some frightening news has just came out.

Not even a year into the Stupid Age Verification Update™ that brung this Change petition to life in the first place, and we've gotten some incoming news, starting from Summer onwards, YouTubers all across the US may be at risk of losing their YouTube accounts, starting with Florida. 

Starting from July 2026, onwards, all Floridians, regardless of if they have a proper birthday, won't lose access to age restricted videos.. but instead, will lose access to their entire YouTube accounts, unless they perform an age check, thanks to Florida's priority raising of age verification laws here in the US.

This entire petition was to make Google actually change their minds about their newfound AI agenda, not to kill the rest of the platform and accidentally force millions of users to consider alternatives permanently. But because of this Florida ban, and because Florida bans tend to spread throughout the rest of the US, this very well might be the end of my channel on YouTube, and unfortunately, because it might be hitting the whole US soon, this might be the end of everyone's YouTube journey in general.

I guess in all reality, my goal to try to dethrone YouTube might actually work all along.
