Greetings!
It has been a long while. But we wish to give vital updates with regards to our petition.
[1] The House of Representatives is currently consolidating bills in relation to our advocacy. The Committee for Basic Education and Culture, under the leadership of Cong. Roman Romulo, is currently tackling the matter. In fact, the Philippine Historical Association (PHA) and the High School Philippine History Movement (HSPHM) lobbied our advocacy of returning Philippine history in the high school curriculum with Cong. Roman Romulo. Other legislators from different parties and political spectrum are in strong support of this advocacy as well. In fact, a Technical Working Group (TWG) has been created in the House of Representatives in aid to this legislation.
While the process is ongoing, we are grateful to all the supporters of this valiant and noble cause. This petition and YOUR support have been of great help.

[2] The High School Philippine History Movement will be holding its 2nd General Assembly (GA) on November 20, 2021 (2:30 to 5:30 PM, Philippine Time). This event will be held via Zoom. The movement will be giving out a report on actions and future plans in relation to our advocacy of returning Philippine history in the high school Social Studies curriculum. There will be also talks and other activities during said event. If you wish to attend our assembly, please accomplish the attached Google Form. Official members of the movement and ordinary supporters are welcome to join our assembly. Everyone is welcomed to join us.
