Hi there. I'm glad that we are together fighting for our refunds, our right! A short check list of "what to do" in order to get a refund faster (could work or couldn't!)

1) Try to contact the travel agency involved in your case by phone or email. 2) Apply for a "chargeback" in your bank that provides you with the debit/credit card used to bought the tickets. Attach information of your cancelled flight and the amount payed. 3) Sign and share this petition to everyone around you in all the social networks. The petition is English, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese and Finish so we can reach more people. You want to add another language? We got some info that some customers from Travelgenio and MyTrip are getting refund (yes finally) some of them paying a fee and some others without any fee so that is good news, still, we are far from Victory.
