Today's update it all about GOOD NEWS. We have received news from travellers using MyTrip/Travel2Be/Travelgenio and we also add Italian language to our description to reach more people while sharing the petition.
The numbers:
1,72% of the people get refund paying an extra fee
8,62% of the people accepted a voucher for a limit period of time
89,65% of the people didn't have an answer from the travel agency
As you see, there are (still) plenty of people without a solution to their issue. Today for the very first time we see some refunds to the customers. Skyscanner tell us that they will raise the claim to the travel agencies so this will be a big help in the next 72hs (Stay tuned!). Some people announced that the European consumer centre knows about our issue as well, but we didn't get any prove yet.
And the last numbers: 4th day of this petition, almost 450 signatures, 300 shares, hopefully tomorrow we will reach 500 or more. It's in our hands.
